In April 2023, the exhibition covered an area of 30,000 square meters and attracted more than 1,000 enterprises from 24 countries and regions, including over 800 enterprises from China. Participating countries and regions included Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Greece, India, China, Syria, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, and the United States.
The Vietnam Fabric & Garment Accessories Expo 2024 will be held concurrently with the Vietnam Textile & Garment Industry Exhibition 2024. These two exhibitions, which began in the 1990s, are regularly held in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, forming the largest and most significant trade and exchange platform for the textile and garment industry in Vietnam. This event is also the only textile, fabric, and garment industry exhibition in Vietnam to receive UFI certification (ensuring the quality of exhibition attendees).

Cellulose and its products, synthetic fibers, cotton, silk, wool, ramie, jute, flax, nylon, polyester, leather, synthetic materials, etc.
Fabrics:
Apparel fabrics (woven/knitted), home textiles (linen, bed covers, blankets, tablecloths, decorative fabrics, kitchen textiles, upholstery fabrics, wall coverings).
Accessories:
Ribbons, buttons, threads, embroidery, rhinestones, ribbons, badges, buttons, rubber trims, zippers, beads, lace, shoulder pads, etc.
Others:
Printing and dyeing, woolen products, quality inspection, cost management.
